Will I be able to access my
domain name with or without the WWW?
Yes, you will be able to access the domain name with
or without the WWW in front. For example, you could
access the domain name "mydomain.com" by going
to "www.mydomain.com" as well as
"mydomain.com".
Do you offer
Internet
access?
Yes, through our telecommunications partnerships
we can provide dial-up, DSL and high speed internet connections. Contact

Do you offer web page design
services?

How do I upgrade or downgrade from
one plan to another?
You can change plan types at anytime by
logging in to your customer
account by
contacting us at sales@mybusinessname.com or calling our Customer Service Department at
(866) 313-3381 during normal business hours.
How long does it take before my
domain name is active?
New domain names are usually active
within 24 hours. Transferring an existing domain name can take up to 72
hours or more.
What is the cost for
domain registration?
Register your domain name with us and
we can bring you significant savings, as little as $8.95 per year. Plans are available from 1 to
10 years and can be bundled with your hosting costs for convenience and

How much data
transfer per month is enough to support my web site?
We do not limit the amount of data
transfer per month. Obviously there are physical limits to the capacity
of each size of server that we provide. Typically most websites can
operate quite well on our Express and Premier hosting plans, and if you
start to outgrow your site we can upgrade you to a larger capacity
server virtually overnight. We would be pleased to assist you in analyzing

How do I manage
and transfer files to my web
site?
Our powerful control panel can
be used to upload and download files directly from your browser. The
control panel also allows you to read and send mail, change passwords,
and add users from any browser.
Will I have unlimited access to
update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP, using your private
id and password, 24-hours a day. Most of our hosting plans also can
provide telnet access. As such, you can create
and maintain your web pages on your own computer and
upload files to your web site at your leisure.
Can I use my account for
commercial purposes?
Absolutely. Our services were
specifically designed for business. All of our standard plans can
support ecommerce options that can get you selling on the web, fast. Contact

Can I resell space
on my web site?
Yes. You can resell space within your account.
However, you will be responsible for its content and data
transfer. All of our plans, except for our Express plan, can support
multiple domains and many will support multiple users, email accounts
and passwords for FTP access.

Do you accept international
orders?
Yes. We are pleased to have customers around the world
and we're as close as your computer. We can place your account in on of our
offshore data centers if you wish and can register and host non-US domain
name extensions.
What contract and payment terms
are available?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards as well as personal
and business checks. We accept international checks drawn
on an affiliated bank in the United States in US dollars only.
Final payment must equal the full invoice amount in US dollars. Wire
transfers must also be received in US dollars.

customers ?

best to help new users with managing their sites.
How long does it take to set up a
new account ?
Orders submitted online during regular
business hours, will be processed within 24 hours or less. Once a
standard account is set up an activation notice will be sent to
you via email including your user id, password, and FTP
hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new web
site immediately thereafter. If appropriate, domain account users will be
given a temporary URL (IP address) to access their site
prior to the completion of either domain registration or domain transfer.
Some features may not apply to all accounts*.
How do I place an order ?
Place your order online 24 hours a day by
starting

by calling

hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday, EST. If you do not as yet
